However, in order to avoid being charged for services, please follow our cancellation policy. Any service not cancelled 24 hours in advance or multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance are subject to full payment. All service appointments and packages must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate. All promotions must be prepaid at the time of reservation. In the Event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the client will be charged the full fee for the service missed. This policy allows us to better serve everyone.
